THE STILL POINT
Clarity before decision.

I work with principals, owners, and executives at the moment before irreversible decisions.

The Still PointThe Still Point is the moment before reaction, when pressure subsides
and perception clears.
Not because complexity disappears,
but because distortion does.
Decisions regain their natural clarity.

PositionI work independently and in confidence. My background spans strategy, capital decisions, and advisory roles in high-responsibility business and private contexts.I am not part of an institution,
do not represent third-party interests,
and work only with a small number of clients at a time.
This allows decisions to be examined without external agenda.

Decision Insurance for PrincipalsWhen decisions carry
irreversible consequences.
This is not advice.
Not coaching.
Not financial recommendation.
It is a final clarity checkpoint
before capital moves, structures change,
or responsibility shifts.
I do not influence the decision. I ensure the decision is made without distortion.

Crisis & TransitionDuring periods of transition,
when familiar structures no longer hold
and new ones are not yet in place.
This includes:leadership transitions ownership changes exits, successions, restructurings moments of strategic ruptureIn these phases, the risk is not the situation itself, but the decisions made from instability. My role is to provide a stable point of orientation while pressure is high
and direction is still forming.
Not to manage the crisis.
Not to take responsibility away.
But to ensure decisions remain
clear, grounded, and fully owned.

Strategic Capital AdvisoryWhen capital decisions
shape long-term structure,
not short-term outcomes.
This includes:allocation and concentration
entry and exit timing capital protection and restructuring alignment between wealth, risk, and responsibility.
I do not manage assets
and I do not replace existing advisors.
My role is to ensure that capital decisions are made from clarity, not pressure, and remain consistent with the individual’s long-term orientation.Capital moves are rarely
technical problems.
They are decision problems.

Clarity does not require urgency.
It requires the right moment.
